Because the colour penetrates through the entire thickness of the material, the surface can be renewed by sanding without loss of colour. All veneers are hand selected and each full laminated blank is signed by the person who made it.

There are no minimum order quantities. Smaller standard webshop orders are available for selected products, while project-based and custom manufacturing orders are evaluated case by case.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability, production scheduling, and destination country. Standard webshop products are typically shipped faster, while custom-made and project-specific materials may require additional production time. International freight schedules also affect final delivery timing. Shipping times: If the product is in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order products are typically ready for dispatch within 2–3 weeks.

Yes. Custom colours, structures, dimensions, and laminated combinations are available depending on the project requirements. CWP works closely with designers, manufacturers, and brands across furniture, interiors, sports equipment, and product design applications, where customization is usually needed. For custom colours, you can place your order directly through our online store by selecting Custom Colour from the colour options. For any other custom requests, please contact our team at [email protected].

You can request a quotation through the CWP website contact form or by email [email protected]. To help us prepare the most accurate offer, please include product information, required quantities, dimensions, delivery destination, and project timeline whenever possible.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method. The exact freight cost is calculated automatically at checkout before you place your order, so you can review the total cost before completing your purchase.

Private customers have the right to return unused products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product(s), starting the day after the receipt date. The returned product(s) and product packaging shall be in the same condition as when received. This means that the product packaging shall be unbroken and the product shall have no signs of use. Address labels or other labels and stickers shall not be stuck directly on the sales package. Customers have to pay the return shipping cost. If the product to be returned is no longer flawless, i.e. the product can no longer be sold with the normal price given in the CWP price list, CWP has the right to deduct the amount that the product’s value has dropped from the sum to be returned to the customer. The payment will be refunded usually within a couple of days after receiving the returned product, but no later than within 30 days.

Registration is not required. You can place an order without registering as a guest.

Yes. CWP laminated blanks and veneers are processed and prepared for demanding interior, furniture, and product manufacturing applications. Material quality, moisture control, and workability are carefully managed throughout the production process to ensure stable and consistent performance.

CWP's veneers and laminated blanks can be finished using most conventional wood finishing systems, including oils, waxes, lacquers and varnishes. The most suitable finish depends on the intended application and the desired appearance and level of protection.

This depends on the intended application. Surface finishing is recommended whenever additional protection against moisture, wear or staining is required. For decorative interior applications, the products can also be used unfinished if the natural surface is preferred.

CWP's birch veneers and laminated blanks can be processed using standard woodworking methods, including CNC machining, laser cutting, sanding and surface texturing. As with all wood materials, we recommend testing your processing parameters before production to achieve the best possible results for your specific application.
